Return Policy for Art Prints

At Here Till Sunday, we take pride in providing high-quality art prints. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 7 Days of delivery.
• The products must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
• Custom or personalised prints are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Prints

If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 of delivery at shopheretillsunday@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We will offer:

• A replacement print at no additional cost, or
• A full refund of store credit, if a replacement is not possible.

Refunds are only available via store credit

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund approval and will give you a store credit.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damage or error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at shopheretillsunday@gmail.com with your order number and details about the issue.
2. If eligible, you will receive return instructions and a return address.
3. Pack the print securely and use a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive the item, we will process the refund or exchange.
